Specialized support for

Neurodiverse Clients

I work with neurodiverse clients from a neuroaffirming, strengths-based perspective. Understanding the unique challenges of neurodiverse clients, I work to build upon existing strengths to help clients reach their goals. My clinical approach is about acceptance, authenticity, and celebrating the individuality of each client.

Providing Trauma-Informed Care

As a trauma-informed therapist, I understand how past traumatic experiences, including cultural, historical and systemic factors, affect our mental health. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where trust can grow and healing can unfold at a pace that feels right for you. I provide empathy and care as you tell me your story.
